We are seeking an experienced Team Leader, capable of leading a team on site to deliver high class events in a safe and professional manner. You must have a keen eye for detail with the ability to work closely with clients to exceed their expectations. Be a team player capable of leading and motivating site teams.
Main Purpose of the Job:

A Team Leader responsible for managing builds and de rigs of large marquees.
-
To be Team Leader and key contact on site with clients and ensure Health and safety is paramount.

To organise and oversee all workshop products, during quieter months
-
Working on Projects to develop new processes and systems to grow the business.
-
Managing the workshops and providing on site solutions.
-
Ensure all equipment is maintained, stored and transported in a suitable and safe manner.
The Role:
-
Managing and motivating a team of people to deliver first class events
-
An experienced Team Leader, happy to site manage both pre and during events.

Ensure all equipment and jobs are completed to the high standards the company needs to maintain.

Driving as required to deliver and collect equipment.

To provide support to Marquee teams as business dictates and be a Key leader across all brands.

Development of new processes and systems to improve company efficiency and opportunities

To work occasional, unsociable hours

Must hold a UK Driving License with either B+E or C1 category.

If you smoke you are happy not to onsite or in vehicles
Special Requirements
To work weekends as required to satisfy business needs – (minimum 2 days / month between May – September).
To work overtime as required to meet the business demands.
Only take one week (5 days) of holiday entitlement between May – September.
